Emergency Appointments

These appointments are scheduled each day with all GPs and Nurses. They can only be requested on the day, for emergency treatment.

• They are not for any ongoing conditions or non-medical requests, such as Fit for Work Certificates.
• You will be asked the nature of the emergency as each appointment is only for 10 minutes and our GPs and Nurses are better able to help you in a timely manner if they have an indication of the emergency condition your are attending with.
• We cannot offer you an appointment if you fail disclose the nature of the emergency—the Duty Doctor will call you to establish if you need to be seen.
• You will be seen as each GP becomes available so specific GPs cannot be requested for these appointments.
