OUR NEW ONLINE PRESCRIPTION ORDERING IS NOW AVAILABLE VIA THE ONLINE SERVICES TAB.

PLEASE CALL IN TO RECEPTION TO REGISTER FOR THIS UPDATED SERVICE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT TELEPHONE CALLS FOR ORDERING OF REPEAT or AD HOC PRESCRIPTIONS. 

We need to keep our telephone lines free to enable emergency and clinical calls to get through.

Craig Nevis Surgery offers a system for direct ordering of Repeat Prescriptions 

Please please your re-order form in the box provided at our reception desk or use our ONLINE SERVICE - located in the Online Services tab of this website. 

If Boots the Chemist or Mhor Health Pharmacy is your preferred Pharmacy, you can hand in your re-order slip to them

for your regular medications and they will forward to us to process.

The order form consists of a list of all your medications with "Tick Boxes" and a new re-order form should be enclosed with each new order. Please select which medications you require by placing a tick in the space provided.  When you pick up your order, please ensure that a new re-order sheet is attached, for use next time.  Old sheets may be out of date and cause incorrect medicines to be dispensed and ultimately wasted, as these cannot be recalled and given to anybody else. 

Prescription items will be available for collection from your chosen Pharmacy approximately 72 hours after placing your order with the Practice. 

PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE THE PRACTICE TO ORDER YOUR MEDICATIONS.  PLEASE USE THE METHODS DETAILED ABOVE. 

  1. If you are in the situation where you have miscalculated and are down to your last tablet/s please indicate this on your website request and we can arrange for this to be collected at the surgery after 5.00pm on the same day, provided your request is submitted prior to 10.00am.

We will never see you go without the medications you need to keep you healthy, so please do call us in the event of an emergency.

  •  LOCAL PHARMACISTS ARE EXPERIENCING VERY LENGTHY DELAYS IN DISPENSING REGULAR MEDICATIONS.

  • THIS IS DUE TO CONDITIONS OUTWITH THEIR CONTROL, INCLUDING  GAPS IN MEDICATION SUPPLY AND STAFFING DIFFICULTIES. IT ALSO MEANS THEY MAY HAVE TO CLOSE FOR PERIODS DURING THE DAY FOR SAFETY REASONS. 

  • PLEASE RESPECT OUR COMMUNITY PHARMACISTS DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME

  • PLEASE HELP US AND THEM BY ALLOWING AT LEAST 10 DAYS BETWEEN ORDERING YOUR ITEMS AND GOING TO COLLECT THEM. 

  • THIS WILL SAVE YOU UNNECESSARY JOURNEYS TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS. WHEN ORDERING VIA OUR WEBSITE OR THE PHARMACY WEBSITE, THE SAME TIME DIFFERENCE APPLIES.  WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED AS AND WHEN THE SITUATION IMPROVES.
