Prescriptions

The Craig Nevis Surgery offers its patients
a system for direct ordering of Repeat Prescriptions involving all the
Fort William Pharmacies (listed below).

Please note that it is necessary to contact your pharmacist for routine prescription ordering.

The order form consists of a list of all your medications with 'Tick Boxes' and a new re-order form will be enclosed with your medicine when it is collected.
To use the form:

• Tick the box opposite the item(s) you require.

• Give the form to the Pharmacy of your choice by either:

a) Post

b) Handing the form to the Pharmacy

c) Telephoning the Pharmacy

• Please allow 48 hours between ordering and collecting your prescription.

• Your pharmacist will inform you when a review appointment with your doctor is due.
